Jersey women's league winners First Tower United dramatically beat Guernsey champions Sylvans on sudden death penalties to lift the Centenary Bowl.
They beat Guernsey champions Sylvans 4-3 on penalties at Springfield, after the game finished 2-2 at the end of normal time and 3-3 after extra time.
Tower manager Geoff Van Der Vliet told the BBC: "It was a game that should have been won before half time.
"Fair play to Sylvans they came back really well and made it a hard game."
Sylvans midfielder Lisa Sylvester said: "First Tower are a great side and play some great football, I think we battled a little bit harder and surprised them a little bit.
"We knew it was going to be hard today because for the whole season we've been playing nine-a-side, whereas our Jersey counterparts have been playing 11-a-side."
Jodie Botterill scored for First Tower in the first half, with Becky Warren on the scoresheet for the visitors before the break.
Louise Van der Vliet looked to have won the game for the Jersey side, but Claire Rouget netted in stoppage time to take the match into an extra 30 minutes.
Jodie Botterill scored her second and First Tower's third with just a few minutes left on the clock, but Sylvans' Rochelle Vaudin scored a stunning long-range equaliser in the 120th minute.
Sylvans took the early advantage in the shootout, but a sudden death goal by Louise Van Der Vliet was eventually enough to give the home side a 4-3 win on penalties.
