Kennedy has lost the chance to blend his new player with older ones
Jersey's senior and under-18s sides' games against the junior teams of the Republic and Northern Ireland on Monday were called off.
Both Les Quennevais and Springfield were frozen, with the Jersey under-18s' game with the Republic of Ireland called off during the warm-up.
Monday's under-18s game will now be played on Tuesday night at Springfield.
Jersey's senior side's next game will be against the Republic at Les Quennevais on Wednesday as scheduled.
Senior manager Dave Kennedy was due to see a number of new players take to the field alongside some of his more established island stars.
"I won't use any established senior players now, I'll use a squad entirely of new faces and under-21s," he told BBC Jersey.
The round-robin tournament in which Jersey's under-18s were playing with the two Irish teams has now been re-scheduled.
The game pencilled in for Tuesday night between Northern Ireland and the Republic at Springfield will now be played on Thursday morning to allow Jersey to face the Republic on Tuesday night.
Jersey will still face Northern Ireland on Wednesday night.
