The Jersey Football Combination will host the Spartan South Midlands League in the preliminary round of the FA National League Systems Cup.
The tie must be played at Springfield by Saturday, 11 April 2009.
Jersey were knocked out in the first round in 2007 by Guernsey in extra time after having two men sent off.
The winners of the tournament, which is for players who have never played professionally, go on to represent England in the Uefa Regions Cup.
