Devlin scored his first goal for St Paul's against his former club
Third-placed St Paul's ensured the Jersey Premiership title race did not become a two-horse race after beating Jersey Scottish 3-0 on Saturday.
Mark Lucas, Jon-Paul Martyn and former Scottish defender Scott Devlin were on target to move Saints a point behind their opponents with a game in hand.
At the bottom, Jersey Wanderers climbed out of the relegation zone after beating Sporting Academics 3-0.
Tim da Luca, Chris Andrews and Ollie Thompson got the goals for Wanderers.
The victory sees previously second-from-bottom Wanderers go sixth in the table, three points from safety, while Accies stay rooted to the bottom.
The day's other game between St Ouen and Grouville at Le Boulivot was postponed.
