Carlisle maintained their National League promotion push with a 2-0 victory at Aldershot.

Goals from Morgan Feeney and Harvey Macadam helped the Cumbrians register a fifth win in seven games, condemning Aldershot to a third straight loss in the process.

Home goalkeeper Coniah Boyce-Clarke made a brilliant save to deny Regan Linney before Carlisle took the lead just past the half-hour mark, Feeney pouncing from Chris Conn-Clarke's cross.

The visitors doubled their advantage two minutes before half-time when Macadam headed home Conn-Clarke's free-kick from close range.
