Great to see the pics of Sanday. Haven't been there since the 1950s-60s. Used to go on holiday there when my aunt & uncle owned the Kettletoft Hotel.
Far North from Unst
Lovely to see Sanday again. Happy memories of a stay ther a few years ago. I remember the fulmars nesting amongst the buildings on the pier below the hotel. A very beautiful place - the island being so flat I have memories of huge wide-open vistas. You have encouraged me to go back - maybe when the gales stop!
