Stopping Smoking
As the time for making those New Years’ resolutions approaches, Check Up travels to a Brighton clinic for a special programme on giving up smoking.
Barbara Myers and her specialist guests, Marian Cullwick, a smoking cessation specialist with South Downs NHS Trust, and Brighton GP Dr Rob Mockett, will be joined by current and ex smokers to discuss the health problems associated with smoking and the best strategies to try and make those resolutions last.
