Abii thrives on being there for the staff. A friendly face to confide in, a shoulder to cry on, or a firm but fair presence in difficult situations. Abii says she loves working with Nev, and although he is very challenging as a boss, his intentions are pure. In 5 years’ time, Abii would like to think that she’d still be at The Call Centre, but in a more senior position.
