He started as a Sales Agent on the phones, but within months he was running the Academy – training up new recruits. He managed The Call Centre Academy for 2 years before he was promoted to Floor Manager.
He is originally from Cape Town in South Africa. He moved to the UK in 2001, as a 19 year old boy with dreams of making it big in the cricket world. Dwayne’s goal is to open up his own Cricket Academy one day – where he can combine his love of the game with his coaching experience he’s gained in the Sales industry.
Dwayne can speak a variety of different languages, English, Afrikaans, Zulu and Xhosa. He would love to learn Welsh one day, to feel like he’s truly immersed himself in the land of song.
