Griff has an uniquely dour approach to bringing in the deals and although it is effective he operates close to the bone, and is a regular visitor to his nemesis, the quality and compliance officers whose job is to monitor calls. Although he may be a top sales agent his real passion is for putting on stand-up comedy nights in Swansea. He spends his free time with his 3 year old daughter, Coco and as an avid Swans fan he loves nothing better than goading Cardiff City's misfortunes.
