Hayley Pearce, known to her friends as Hayley ‘Fierce’ is the Call Centre tea lady.

You hear her before you see her. Hayley Pearce has worked in call centres since leaving school at 16. She loves all things girly - hair, tan and clothes. She claims to put the ‘P’ in Party and will regularly be seen ‘Owning’ the dance floors up and down the country. She is a proper little night owl, who doesn’t do mornings!
Although she’s a tea lady, she doesn’t drink tea or coffee herself and says that until she started this job, she had no clue what a ‘strong coffee’ was. Hayley enjoys her freedom, and isn’t ready to settle down for a while yet. In her opinion, no other job, or work place will ever live up to the standards of The Call Centre.
