Kerri is an Installer Liaison Agent and started on the phone selling insulation, but quickly realised that selling wasn’t for her and briefly left the company.

This didn’t last long and she soon returned when she saw an admin based job advertised at The Call Centre. After a few months in her new role she was promoted into the Customer Care Team.
Kerri met her boyfriend Phil (Nev’s son) at a New Year’s Eve party and within 3 months of dating they moved in together. Kerri says the best thing about Phil is that he’s really funny and can make her laugh. She tries to keep her business and private life separate and can think of worse people to have as a father in law than Nev!
