Liam Payne's solo record deal is great news for One Direction fans, but may have lost him the support of 1D's label boss, Simon Cowell.
Liam recently announced he had signed a solo deal with Colombia Records which (SHOCKER) isn't part of Sony music, home of Simon Cowell's Syco Records.
Now, while promoting this year's season of America's Got Talent, Simon made a subtle dig at Liam when he talked about how "loyal" 1D are but only named three of them.
