Hold onto your extra-tight trousers, X Factor host Dermot O'Leary has shared the secrets of his magnificent on-screen dancing.
So how does he captivate the nation with his hips? He makes it all up on the spot.
Chatting to Nick Grimshaw, Dermot revealed that yes, his dancing will be back on the show when it returns in 2016, but he has nothing planned.
"Sometimes you don't even know it's going to happen," Dermot tells Nick.

"Once, we were going on air - the most exciting part of the show is when the doors are about to go back and you can hear the crowd roaring - and out of nowhere, the dancing girls turned up.

"They said 'don't worry, just follow us'."
"Then I go out and do a burk-y dad-dance and people on Twitter say 'that was rubbish'.
"Yeah it was rubbish, I didn't know it was happening!"
