Say you, Mallam Nasir El Rufai, adult, male, plus odas still at large, sometime in 2026, for Abuja, within di jurisdiction of dis court, use technical equipment or systems wey compromise public safety, national security and wey put reasonable apprehension of insecurity among Nigerians by unlawfully intercepting di phone communications of di NSA, and you confam am during one interview on 13th February, 2026, on Arise TV Station Prime Time Programme for Abuja and thereby commit offence contrary to and punishable under Section 131 (2) Nigerian Communications Act 2003.
