News outlets for both kontris tok say di man dey use sunglasses wey get camera to feem some encounters and share am for social media, though officials no confirm am.

Sam George, Minister of Communications, Digital Technology, and Innovations in Ghana, tell tori pipo on Saturday say e don invite di Russian ambassador to discuss di alleged incident wey happun.

Di minister tok say e don ask di Russian ambassador in Accra for Moscow cooperation to help dem get justice for di victims. Russia no dey extradite dia citizens, unless wetin happun dey very serious.

"We go find dat gentleman, we go use all di resources wey we get, to work wit Interpol. We go ask di Russian authorities – na why I invite di Russian Ambassador – to work wit our law enforcement. We wan make dem bring di gentleman back to Ghana, extradite am to Ghana so e go fit face our law," e tok.

Under Ghana Cybersecurity Act 2020, anybody wey publish explicit fotos of children or adults without full consent fit face up to 25 years for prison.
