For im interview wit di BBC afta di incident, El-Rufai explain wetin happun wen security agents bin attempt to arrest am.
E say di argument break out wen di security officers bin ask am to follow dem to dia office becos dem "wan see am" dia, and e ask dem to show am official invitation, but dem no get any document wit dem.
"As I bin dey comot from di plane, one young man wey wear suit come and say dem be DSS and say dem wan see me for dia office, I say I need document, and dem say dem go give me document.
"Wen we come out, im leaders also come and say di same tin. I say, 'You go give me document, My house dey near your office, if na DSS, I go go home. If you no get di document now, bring me di document dia. You no go stop me for airport and tell me to come," El-Rufai tok.
E describe di incident as attempt to violate im human dignity wey dey unacceptable under di Nigerian constitution.
Di former Kaduna State govnor say fear no stop am from refusing di attempted arrest.
"I fear notin but God, and I don dey work in govment for dis kontri for years, and I don challenge anyone wey get anytin, anyone wey say e give me a penny or say I ask for penny, or say I get any wealth wey I no earn wit my own sweat, to come out and say I be liar.
El-Rufai say for two and a half years, EFCC and ICPC officials don dey investigate im administration officials for political conspiracy, but dem neva find anytin.
E say civil servants gatz work properly, follow di law and order as provided by di law in investigating and punishing pipo if Nigeria gatz progress.
Di politician also express im intention to accept di EFCC invitation to answer questions on corruption allegations, and tok say e don already inform di agency say e go dey available on Monday, 16 February at around 10am.
