Cormac Mac Ruairí

Is mise Cormac Mac Ruairí. Tá mé ocht mbliana déag d'aois agus is as Ceathrú Aodha Dhuibh i mBéal Feirste mé. Imrím d'fhoireann Cheathrú Aodha Dhuibh agus imrím sna cúil. Thosaigh mé ag imirt d'fhoireann Cheathrú Aodha Dhuibh nuair a bhí mé seacht mbliana d'aois. Tá achan duine i mo theaghlach ag imirt, ról mór, sa chlub seo fosta. Thiocfadh leat a rá, ithim, ólaim agus [bím] ag análú pheil Ghaelach! Mar shampla bím ag traenáil leis an fhoireann sinsir nó le peileadóirí óga achan lá sa tseachtain.

Tá an campa seo i gCeathrú Aodha Dhuibh, idir dhaoine cumasacha agus mhíchumasacha. Is breá liom bheith ag tabhairt 'cuidiú beag' do na daoine óga.Maith an fear! Tabhair dom an liathróid. Sílim go bhfuil sé iontach tábhachtach go bhfuil achan duine ag glacadh páirte i gCumann Lúthchleas Gael. Tá daoine míchumasacha agus cumasacha ag glacadh páirte sa champa seo i gCeathrú Aodha Dhuibh. Tá mé ag baint an-sult as bheith ag traenáil achan pheileadóir. Tá súil agam go dtabharfaidh mé spreagadh daofa [dóibh].

Ba bhreá liom bheith i mo mhúinteoir corpoideachais nó i mo thraenálaí faoi Chomhairle Uladh agus ba bhreá liom bheith i mo chaptaen don fhoireann sinsir fosta ach chífidh muid. Tá mo chroí istigh i gCumann Lúthchleas Gael agus i gCeathrú Aodha Dhuibh. Is breá liom cluichí Gaelacha. Bhal, shíl mé go raibh an tseachtain seo ar fheabhas mar tá mé ag cuidiú le réaltaí óga na todhchaí. Tá an lá thart, tá mé scriosta ach b'fhiú go mór é. Áááááá !!

Cormac McCrory

I'm Cormac McCrory. I'm eighteen and I'm from Carryduff, in Belfast. I play for Carryduff, in goals. I began playing for the Carryduff team when I was seven years old. Everyone in my family plays, has a big role, in this club also. You could say, I eat, drink and breathe Gaelic football. For example, I train with the senior team or the young footballers every day in the week.

This camp in Carryduff is for both able-bodied people and people with a disability. I love giving a bit of help to the young ones. Good man! Give me the ball. I think that it is very important that everyone takes part in the GAA. Both able-bodied people and ones with disabilities are taking part in this camp in Carryduff.

I'm really enjoying training each and every player. I hope that I will encourage them. I'd love to be a P.E. teacher or a coach with the Ulster Council and I'd love to captain the senior team also but we'll see. I really love the GAA and Carryduff. I love Gaelic games. Well, I thought that this week was brilliant because I'm helping out the young stars of the future. The day is over ... I'm exhausted .. but it was well worth it. Ah ... aaa ... !
