The American car manufacturer General Motors has named Mary Barra as its new Chief executive officer.
It's the first time a woman has led one of the big American car makers.
Ms Barra is currently a vice-president at the company, which is the world's second biggest manufacturer of automobiles.

Boycott plan of Sochi winter Olympics
The EU's justice commissioner says she will boycott the Sochi winter Olympics because of the way Russia treats its minorities.
Viviane Reding - who's also one of the commission's vice-presidents- didn't give more details in the statement she tweeted, but she did refer specifically to Russian legislation.
A recently-passed law restricting information about homosexuality has prompted calls for an Olympic boycott. Earlier in the month, the German president, Joachim Gauck, said he would not be attending the games.
