CVs reveal a lot about our education and work experience. It's important to learn vocabulary about what you study and what work experience you have in order to write your own CV.
When you tell people about yourself, it's helpful to let them know what kinds of clubs and groups you belong to, because it gives them an idea of what kind of person you are.
In German, a club in school is called an AG which stands for Arbeitsgemeinschaft.

Look at how to say that you go to a club or that you are a member of one.
Ich besuche eine Theater AG. – I go to a theatre club.
Ich bin Mitglied einer Tennis AG. – I am a member of a tennis club.
You could also be a member of a group - eine Gruppe.
Be careful when explaining your role, or when mentioning what you do in German. In English, you might say 'I am a member of a reading group', but in German, you don’t include the word 'a'. So you would say:
Ich bin Mitglied einer Lesegruppe. – I am a member of a reading group.
