
Lots of snow has fallen in the Scottish Highlands over the last few days
The first day of December heralds the start of winter for meteorologists and it certainly felt and looked like it across the UK.
After the coldest night since March with the temperature down to -9.4C in Cumbria, there was a widespread frost, ice and snow for some.
