Krige back to face Wales
Corne Krige is tackled by Colin Charvis
Corne Krige and Colin Charvis will clash again
South Africa have made four changes to their 22-man squad for Saturday's second Test against Wales in Cape Town on Saturday.

Coach Rudolf Straeuli announced the inclusion of centre De Wet Barry, flanker Corne Krige, lock Hottie Louw and fly-half Werner Greeff, who all play for Western Province.

Fullback Ricardo Loubscher was ruled out of the clash at Newlands because of a rib injury sustained in the first Test.

Flanker Warren Britz, centre Andre Snyman and lock Victor Matfield have all been omitted.

The return of the inspirational Krige is a huge boost for the Springboks after the Stormer was ruled out of the first Test in Bloemfontein last weekend, which South Africa won 34-19.

The onus on those who have not made it is to fight their way back

Barry was also in the original squad but was another to suffer an injury in the Springboks' training camp last month.

"It is encouraging that the likes of Krige and Barry have recovered from injury," Straeuli said. "They add depth to our 22.

"Naturally there will be disappointed players, but the onus on those who have not made it is to fight their way back.

"The positive from Bloemfontein was that we won, but we as a team are constantly looking for improvement."

The mercurial Loubscher will be out of action for between two and three weeks because of a rib muscle strain, team doctor and former Springbok Uli Schmidt said.

The starting 15 will be named on Wednesday afternoon.

South Africa squad:

Backs: De Wet Barry, Johannes Conradie, Craig Davidson, Werner Greeff, Adrian Jacobs, Marius Joubert, Breyton Paulse, Andre Pretorius, Brent Russell, Stefan Terblanche.

Forwards: James Dalton, Quinton Davids, Daan Human, Corne Krige, Jannes Labuschagne, Ollie le Roux, Hottie Louw, Willie Meyer, Faan Rautenbach, Bob Skinstad, Joe van Niekerk, AJ Venter.
