Yeovil 4-0 Woking

Yeovil marked their return to their newly relaid pitch at Huish Park with an emphatic victory as Woking's defensive problems continued.

Three goals in five minutes just before half-time helped the Glovers stretch their unbeaten run to nine matches and inflicted a sixth straight defeat on Woking, who have conceded 22 goals in their last six games.

Yeovil took a deserved lead in the 39th minute when Woking failed to deal with Michael McIndoe's near-post corner and Abdoulai Demba was left with a simple tap-in.

Demba was then fouled on the edge of the box by Lee Sandford and the impressive McIndoe curled a superb free-kick over the wall past helpless Woking goalkeeper Stephen Farrelly.

Terry Skiverton added a third with a header from a goalmouth scrambkle which Farrelly failed to keep out despite getting a hand to the ball.

The rout was completed just before the hour and McIndoe was again the provider when his cross was nodded home by Howard Forinton.

Yeovil: Sheffield, Lockwood, Skiverton, Pluck, Crittenden, Way, Johnson, McIndoe, Williams, Demba, Forinton. Subs: Alford, Weale, Giles, O'Brien, Lindegaard.

Woking: Farrelly, Boardman, Sandford, Smith, Piper, Brady, Evers, Rodger, Anthony Allman, Payne, Abbey. Subs: Banger, Reeks, Moore, Kember, Tucker.

Referee: S Brand (Wirral).
