| Tuesday, 24 September, 2002, 21:03 GMT 22:03 UK Kettering 2-3 Hereford Stephen Guinan scored a late winner as Kettering's Conference woes continued at home to Morecambe with a 3-2 loss. The hosts, who began play just one place off the foot of the table, made the perfect start as Niall Inman slotted the ball home from close range following Brad Piercewright's header after two minutes. But Hereford levelled after 17 minutes when Tony James headed home the rebound after his penalty following a foul on Wayne Diuk was parried by home goalkeeper Ian Bowling. The visitors took the lead just after the hour when the unfortunate Diuk put the ball into his own net. But the Poppies levelled with five minutes left when Richard Butcher headed Michael McKenzie's cross home. However, Guinan headed the winner in stoppage time to make it five wins on Hereford's travels this season.
