Gravesend 2-2 Doncaster

Both Gravesend and Doncaster have now failed to win in four games after an entertaining 2-2 draw at Stonebridge Road.

Gravesend's Che Stadhart had a volley saved by Doncaster goalkeeper Andy Warrington after eight minutes as the hosts made a sprightly start.

But they found themselves behind after 25 minutes when Jamie Paterson drilled the ball home following Robert Gill's assist.

But the hosts refused to be downhearted and levelled six minutes later when Jimmy Strouts volleyed the ball home from the edge of the penalty area.

They went ahead through Tostao Kwashi on the stroke of half-time.

Stadhart volleyed the ball over the crossbar with 17 minutes left and was made to pay for the miss when Paul Barnes levelled with a right-foot volley after 88 minutes.

Gravesend: Wilkerson, Lee, Watts, Cole, Sturgess, Kwashi, McKimm, Strouts, Jackson, Stadhart, Hatch. Subs: Turner, Sodje, Parker, Martin, Skinner.

Doncaster: Warrington, Artun, Morley, Ryan, Barrick, Green, Albrighton, Owen, Paterson, Gill, Barnes. Subs: Nelson, Marples, Whitman, Sandwith, Foster.

Referee: N Appleby (Hertfordshire).
