 Watson ready for professional challenge Guernsey tennis star Heather Watson has lost to Tunisian veteran Selima Sfar in the first round of the Aegon Pro-Series event in Glasgow. The 17-year-old managed to force the match to three sets, but eventually lost in the final set tie-break 7-2. Sfar, 33, who is ranked nearly 300 places higher than the Guernsey player, took the match 6-2 2-6 7-6. Watson is now set to appear in doubles action, partnering 20-year-old Naomi Cavaday for the first time. Watson and Cavaday are set to take on Samantha Vickers and Hannah Hume.
