Guernsey's Heather Watson is out of the Aegon Pro Series in Barnstaple after defeat in round two by French player Kristina Mladevnovic. Watson, 17, took the first set 6-2, but 16-year-old Mladevnovic then won the next two sets 6-4 6-2. Watson is ranked over 400 places below Mladevnovic in women's singles. The number one seed Ksenia Pervak, from Russia, is also into to the quarter-finals, following a 6-4 6-2 win over Brtiain's Naomi Cavaday.
