Plymouth Albion scored four tries as they cruised past National League One backmarkers Manchester at the Brickfields.

Ross Allen and Matt Hopper scored first-half tries, Kieran Hallett kicking a penalty and two conversions.

Mike Denbee and full-back Geoff Griffiths then added further tries in the second half, both of which were converted by Hallett.

Manchester's consolation try came late on through prop Thomas Mantel.
