Guernsey's Ian Powell believes he has what it takes to win a medal at next year's Commonwealth Games in Delhi. Powell, won 200m butterfly bronze at this year's British Swimming Championships, setting a Guernsey record of one minute 58.66 seconds. That time was enough for him to qualify for the Delhi games. He told BBC Guernsey: "Next year I would like to medal at the Commonwealth Games representing Guernsey - that's the biggest goal."
