Guernsey's Chris Simpson aims for top 30 squash ranking

Guernsey's Chris Simpson is aiming to be in the world's top 30 squash players by the end of the season.

The 23-year-old, ranked 48, won his the fourth professional title with a one star PSA event in Calgary on Sunday.

Simpson said: "I've set a goal to be top 30 by the end of the season and it will help towards that.

"The things that won me this tournament are the exact things I've been working on for a few months, particularly mental and tactical aspects."

He added: "That's the real confidence boost that I'm going to take out of it. Hopefully I can take it to my next tournaments and try and continue this winning streak."
