Sylvain Deschatelets of the Coventry Blaze battles against Graeme Walton of the Belfast Giants

The Belfast Giants lost for the second time in two days at the Odyssey as the Coventry Blaze came from two goals down to win Saturday's Elite League clash.

Evan Cheverie and Colin Shields scored for the fourth-placed Giants.

But Adam Calder, Sylvain Deschatelets, Russ Cowley and Jonathan Weaver replied with goals for Coventry who are second in the table behind Sheffield Steelers.

The Giants, beaten 7-5 by Nottingham on Friday, play Manchester on Tuesday in the second leg of the Challenge final.

Steve Thornton's side then travel to face Nottingham Panthers in another Elite League game next Wednesday night.
