25 riders took part in the 15 lap race in damp conditions

Mike Serafin continued his fine start to the Guernsey Velo Club's season of road racing by taking victory in the 15 lap race around a damp Perelle course.

In the final lap Matt Osborn, James Roe and Serafin opened up a sizable lead on the other 22 riders.

Serafin timed his sprint perfectly, jumping off Roe's wheel and cruising to victory in a time of one hour 20 minutes and 15 seconds.

Roe stayed ahead of Osborn to take second with Aaron Bailey third.
