 McLaughlin has shown some impressive form of late |
Guernsey cyclist James McLaughlin has finished as the leading junior in his second and third races in France. His second race on French soil was a 110km road event in Nantes, where he stayed within the chasing group up until the end. McLaughlin's third race was a town criterium, where he broke away and led with just 200m to go. The French riders just managed to catch him at the line and he finished in a respectable ninth place overall.
