Priaulx celebrated his sixth win of the season while racing in Germany

Andy Priaulx gained two points in the World Touring Car Championship after a number of drivers were penalised during races at the weekend.

The Guernsey driver was 13 points behind Yvan Muller after securing his sixth win of the season in Germany.

12 drivers were given 30 second time penalties for driving too fast during a race's rolling start.

The penalty saw Priaulx move up to fifth in the weekend's other race and gain an extra two points.

The next weekend's racing is the penultimate event set to be held in Valencia, Spain on 18 and 19 September.
