Oxford United boss Chris Wilder has been hailed by chairman Kelvin Thomas after he won the Blue Square Premier's manager of the month award for March.
Thomas says he is in no doubt about the quality of the man he gave the manager's job to at the Kassam Stadium.
"A lot has been said about Fabio Capello and Frank Lampard has talked about the discipline he brought in. Chris has been similar, " said Thomas.
"He has done really well and he has got the players focussed."
Wilder's side were unbeaten throughout March, recording four wins and two draws.
