Chinnor coach Jason Bowers says his side can beat the drop in National Three South, but admits they need to beat Richmond at home on Saturday.

The Oxfordshire side have struggled this season in a difficult campaign but a late push to avoid relegation has taken them to 11th in the table.

"We can get out of it, and we know the importance of the game against Richmond," Bowers told BBC Oxford.

"But it would be naive of me to say we are out of trouble just yet."

He added: "I am a big fan of getting points on the board and letting other sides chase us."
