Oxford United manager Chris Wilder has said his team have set a benchmark that he expects every week after a hard-fought 1-0 win away at Crawley.
The U's boss was impressed with the fighting spirit his players showed in their fifth league win in a row.
"That is the standard that has been set now. Anything less and they will be letting themselves down," ex-Halifax boss Wilder told BBC Oxford.
"They have given me everything and given the club everything."
Oxford's recent form has pushed them right into play-off contention, despite their five-point deduction.
