Defender Shane Killock has made his loan stay at Oxford a permanent move after being released by Huddersfield.

The 19-year-old, who initially joined the U's on loan for a month, has agreed a contract until the end of the season.

Oxford manager Chris Wilder told the club's website: "Shane has done well, he gives us cover at left-back and at left-sided centre-half.

"He is a young lad - we think we can work with him and help him develop and that in turn benefits the team."
