Ternent is keen for Killock to gain experience.

Huddersfield Town have allowed defender Shane Killock to join Blue Square North side Harrogate on a one-month loan.

The 19-year-old centre-back is yet to feature for Town this season and has joined Harrogate until 4 October.

Killock will link-up with former Huddersfield youngsters Matt Young and Aaron Hardy.

"This is a good opportunity for Shane to get some competitive games under his belt," Town boss Stan Ternent told the club's website.
