Kidderminster Harriers have confirmed Mark Serrell has taken over as chairman of the Blue Square Bet Premier club.
The Stourport-based businessman joined the Harriers board when Dave Reynolds took over as chairman from Barry Norgrove back in October.
But Reynolds was always adamant he was only ever planning on being chairman in the short term.
Wayne Allen has agreed to take over as vice-chairman while Keith Chandler will also have an active role in the club.
