Wadsworth seeks consistency
Huddersfield boss Mick Wadsworth has blamed his defence for their failure to hold on for the win against relegation rivals Cheltenham.

Town were held to a 3-3 draw at the McAlpine and remain in the relegation zone at the foot of Division Three.

The Terriers led 3-2 with 20 minutes to go, but a Grant McCann goal denied them the three points that would have seen them move up to fourth bottom.

We attacked like Real Madrid at times, and defended like the Dog and Duck

They had recovered from a two-goal deficit at half-time to take a 3-2 lead after three goals in five sensational second period minutes.

And Wadsworth is concerned about the Jekyll and Hyde nature of his side.

He said: "We attacked like Real Madrid at times, and defended like the Dog and Duck.

"To lose the first-half 2-0 and win the second 3-1 was an excellent turnaround.

"If anything it showed that we have got spirit, guts and effort. But the players were warned about complacency, and the warning wasn't heeded."
