Woking manager Graham Baker blasts 'schoolboy' errors

Woking manager Graham Baker says his players must improve if they are to challenge in Blue Square Bet South.

Their 3-0 defeat away to Chelmsford on Tuesday was the Cards' second straight defeat of the campaign.

Baker told BBC Surrey: "It's about doing the basics right and not giving away silly goals. The first goal we gave away was [a] schoolboy [error].

"If you keep doing that, it doesn't matter who you are, you're going to keep losing football matches."

He added: "Football is about being men, regrouping, and demanding better from yourself. That is what this group have got to do now.

"There's quite a few new faces but there's no better way than talking about their game to one another.

"I'm sure we'll go down to Dorchester on Saturday and give our best."
