Woking home form change is 'tall order' - Graham Baker
Woking boss Graham Baker says it is unlikely that his side will find a quick solution to their poor home form.
The Cards, who lie third in Blue Square South, have won just four out of 11 games at Kingfield this season.
Baker told BBC Surrey: "It's not going to happen, we're not going to suddenly find a magic wand to turn it around.
"At the end of the second-half of the season, with young players who are mentally and physically tired, it's going to be a tall order."
Baker added: "We have seven or eight players, week in, week out, who are 21 and under and playing their first season of football.
"They're doing their best, they're good players, they're going to come out of the season much better players than they started but it's going to be a very long season for some of them and a great learning curve."
He added: "Can they hang on in there and can they see it out? Time will tell. If they do they'll be super-humans, it's going to be tough for them.
"The games are only going to get tenser and tighter and more demanding."
While Woking may be misfiring at home, the Kingfield side have won seven out of their 12 games on the road this season, which the Cards' boss admits could be key.
"We have to get the home form right, if it does materialise that we draw at home and win away then you can get there that way. That's the hard route, we wouldn't want to do that but if that's the way it pans out, we'll take it," Baker said.
"We have to get the home form right and we have to be a bit more assertive and win our home games more comfortably - but it's not going to happen, the pattern has shown itself."
