AFC Telford United boss Rob Smith has said he is determined to turn around his side's poor start to the season.
Telford lost in the Blue Square North play-off final in May but have only won once at home this season and were thrashed 4-0 at Alfreton on Saturday.
"It's the biggest test of my managerial career. But I'm up for it, I'm no quitter," he told BBC Radio Shropshire.
"It is the hardest time I've had since I came to Telford, and no-one wants to put it right more than me."

Smith added: "It's a massive test for all of us, but if we stick together we can come through it.
"You don't become a bad side overnight. We'll continue to work hard, but we just need a bit of a break."
