Worcester City manager Richard Dryden admitted the pressure is on for him and his players after they were held to a 0-0 draw by visiting Staines Town.
Dryden told BBC Hereford and Worcester they are desperate to register their first victory of the season.
"I am desperate to win a game now as it is going on and people are talking about it," he admitted.
"We have created plenty of chances again today but the only worry is that we are not scoring them," he added.
After he had publicly criticised some of his players following the first-half performance at Weymouth in their previous outing, Dryden made five changes to the starting line-up.

He was pleased with the response of his side and while he admitted to a few nervy moments late on, Dryden still felt this was a game City should have won.
"It was probably two points dropped, but on a positive note it was the first clean sheet," he said.
"We created enough but did we get enough players in the box at certain stages - probably not."
City remain bottom of the Blue Square South table following this result and will now try and break their winning duck at Bath City on bank holiday Monday.
Dryden admits that, on paper, the Staines game was probably the easier of the two they will face over the weekend, but says they cannot afford to think this way.
He is expecting a tough match at Twerton Park but is now more confident his players have what it takes to compete with them.
"They will be a big, strong physical side but I would like to think that we have got players who will stand up and be counted, whoever we start with," he said.
"We'll assess the tiredness but I don't think that we have too many injuries after today, just a few knocks.
"We will have to assess Mark Clyde but he's even more desperate to win a game than me at the moment."
