PRO40 DIVISION ONE, Trent Bridge:
Worcestershire 286-3 beat Nottinghamshire 282-7 by seven wickets(Worcs 2pts)

A wonderful unbeaten 150 from Alex Hales could not prevent Nottinghamshire tumbling to a seven-wicket Pro40 defeat against Worcestershire.

Hales smashed eight sixes and 13 fours from 102 balls as the hosts made 282-7.

But Steven Davies hit a superb 106 in a partnership of 169 with Stephen Moore (87 not out) as Worcestershire reached 286-3 to win with 13 balls left.

Ben Smith also weighed in with an entertaining unbeaten 40 to leave Notts rooted to the bottom of Division One.
