Farnborough finished the season in style with an easy win over Leigh RMI.

Barry Laker hit the woodwork with a header after 14 minutes for Farnborough before Christian Lee missed a golden opportunity for the home side midway through the half.

The game only really came to life in the second half when Leigh's Ged Kielty was dismissed for a second bookable offence.

Kielty received red after 49 minutes and seconds later Lenny Piper drilled a right-foot shot home from 18 yards for the opening score.

Farnborough doubled their lead after 66 minutes when Lee headed the ball home from Dean Green's cross.

Nathan Bunce added a late third to secure a well-earned victory.
