Hashemian is VfL Bochum's leading scorer with 12 goals |
Former Nigeria captain Sunday Oliseh has been accused of acting like an 'animal' by former team-mate Vahid Hashemian.
The two VFL Bochum players clashed in February when Oliseh headbutted the Iranian international following a goalless draw with Hansa Rostock.
The 29-year-old Nigerian's loan spell at Bochum was terminated following the incident, which resulted in a broken nose for Hashemian.
"I was horrified," the 27-year-old Iranian told German newspaper Sport Bild.
"There was blood everywhere. I told him, 'Sunday, a human does not do that, only an animal'."
Both players have accused and denied making racist comments to each other.
Oliseh later apologised to Hashemian after the incident and the Iranian insists he will bear no grudges should the two cross paths in the Bundesliga once again.
"I will offer him my hand and say hello," the striker insisted.
Oliseh has since been dismissed by his club Borussia Dortmund over the Bochum incident.
But the Nigerian is disputing the legality of the German club's decision to terminate his contract a year early without any compensation.
