Daish is hoping to take Ebbsfleet to the first round for the second time in three years
Kent will still have five clubs in Monday's draw for the final qualifying round of the FA Cup.
Ebbsfleet United and Dover Athletic, who beat Needham Market and Cambridge City respectively, are joined by Kent League side Hythe Town.
Speaking after Hythe's 1-0 win at Concord Rangers, manager Scott Porter said: "It was a great performance from everyone. I'm in shock."
"Days like this don't come round often," he added.
Ebbsfleet's 1-0 win at Ryman North side Needham Market means they have overcome two tricky away draws. Tom Phipp scored the winner 12 minutes into the second half.
Manager Liam Daish told BBC Radio Kent: "That's the main thing, getting the job done. It wasn't comfortable. Even at 1-0, we were getting in good areas, if we don't make the most of it it's still 1-0."
Dover Athletic, who are looking to reach the FA Cup first round for only the second time in 28 years, are also have just one more tie to win after beating Southern League leaders Cambridge City 3-1.
Dartford and Bromley will both have midweek replays after both conceded late penalties in 2-2 draws.
Margate manager Iain O'Connell celebrated his 40th birthday in style, watching his team beat Horsham 6-1, with Shaun Welford scoring a hat-trick.
Tonbridge made it three wins in a row as they beat Croydon Athletic 1-0 thanks to Frannie Collin's late goal, and Maidstone United started a new era for the club with a 1-1 draw against Aveley. It was the first game since Oliver Ash and Terry Casey became the club's new owners.
Sittingbourne's 87th-minute winner saw them beat Whyteleafe for the county's only win in Ryman South, and VCD beat Sevenoaks Town 1-0 to return to the top of the Kent League.
