The draw for the third round of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy - the area quarter-finals - has produced some intriguing looking encounters.
In the northern section, there is a Yorkshire derby with League Two hopefuls Rotherham facing Huddersfield, currently 11th in League One.
A West country clash takes place in the southern section, as Plymouth take on Exeter at Home Park.
The third-round ties will take place in the week beginning 8 November.
Subsequent to the draw, Accrington withdrew from the competition after fielding Ray Putterill in their first-round game against Tranmere while he was under a suspension from the Liverpool County FA.
Tranmere were reinstated to the competition, and take their place in the third round after beating Accrington's original opponents Stockport in a delayed round two tie on 26 October.
